Storage conditions: in a cool, dark place at a temperature not higher than +25°C (it is preferable to store in the refrigerator if you rarely use it). Avoid direct sunlight and warm/hot surfaces. Do not expose to oxidation and ingress of air.

Methods of use:

Aromatherapy

a) therapeutic point application of 2-3 drops directly on body parts (for inflammations, burns, rashes, stress, to improve sleep, to relieve headaches, etc.)

b) massage: dilute a few drops of lavender essential oil in a base oil (n-d, olive) and massage any part of the body (perfectly combined with other essential oils in the right ratio)

c) diffusion: add 10-15 drops of lavender essential oil to an aroma diffuser and spray indoors for 15 minutes for stress relief, relaxation, calming, meditation, yoga)

d) steam inhalation: add a few drops of lavender essential oil to a container with boiled water, inhale for a few minutes

SPA procedures in the bathroom:

add 5 drops of lavender essential oil and 5 drops of clary sage essential oil to 20 ml of vegetable or animal milk, stir and pour into a bath filled with water

Washing:

adding a few drops to the washing machine while washing clothes

Reservation:

essential oils for external use must be diluted with a base oil (for example, olive oil, grape seed oil) in the appropriate concentration, based on the problem or purpose of use. For undiluted topical external or internal oral use, a consultation with an Aroma Fields aromatherapist is mandatory.
