Exchange and return
Important
Return and exchange of goods of proper quality:
- In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" (as amended), food additives that are part of food products, and perfumery and cosmetic products that are classified as non-food products, of proper quality are not subject to exchange (return) if they do not satisfy consumers for any reason.
- Exchange and return of goods of proper quality can only be made in the category "Aromatherapy Accessories".
The return and exchange of goods of proper quality is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine
"On Protection of Consumer Rights" within 14 days from the date of order confirmation. In case of receipt of goods of
proper quality, the Buyer may return or exchange the goods by contacting the manager at the contact number (068) 465 33
71 and inform about the desire to return or exchange due to non-compliance with expectations. The goods for return or
exchange must be of proper quality, namely: no traces of use by the consumer: scratches, chips, abrasions, stains,
etc.; preserved and undamaged product packaging; all labels and factory markings are preserved; consumer qualities of
the goods are preserved; complete set; no mechanical damage; no traces of use.
The return is made by the Nova Poshta delivery service at the transport company's rates at the seller's expense. The refund is made by agreement between the Buyer and Aroma Fields by transferring funds to a bank account (IBAN) after receipt and verification of the shipment within 24 hours of receipt of the returned goods.
Return and exchange of goods of inadequate quality:
- Return and exchange of goods of inadequate quality is carried out in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine
"On Protection of Consumer Rights". Upon receipt of the Goods at a branch/post office or from a courier of the carrier,
the Buyer is obliged to check the external integrity of the packaging, then open it and directly verify the proper
external condition of the goods (absence of mechanical damage) and its completeness in the presence of employees of the
carrier company.
In case of detection of defects that may indicate inadequate quality of the goods, the Buyer is obliged to record it in a drawn up act of any form. The act must be signed by the Buyer and an employee of the carrier. In case of detection of defects that may indicate inadequate quality of the goods, upon receipt of the order at the post office, the Buyer is obliged to record a video of unpacking the order and send it to the e-mail address:
info@aromafields.com.ua. Within the first 24 hours after receiving the goods of inadequate quality, the Buyer is obliged to notify the representative of Aroma Fields by phone number (068) 465 33 71 about the identified defects and to agree on the replacement or return of the Goods. In case of failure to comply with the mandatory requirements of the specified procedure, the Buyer is deemed to have received the Goods in good condition - without any mechanical damage and in full. Replacement or return of goods of inadequate quality is carried out by the Nova Poshta delivery service at the transport company's rates at the seller's expense. Refund of funds for goods of inadequate quality is carried out by agreement between the Buyer and Aroma Fields by transferring funds to a bank account (IBAN) after receipt and verification of the shipment within 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the returned goods. - Appeals, claims, questions regarding service and quality of AromaFields products are considered individually and are accepted to the mailbox: info@aromafields.com.ua.
