Payment and delivery

• In order for the order to be processed, it must be placed on the website
• We do not call back to confirm the order, you will receive a confirmation in your email
• You can pay for the order immediately upon checkout or pay by cash on delivery
• The letter with your order and details is duplicated to the email address you specified during checkout (be sure to check spam)
• The order is sent up to 3 business days after placing the order. However, delays are possible in case of force majeure and in connection with russian aggression
• After sending the order to the specified phone number, a message will come to Viber (or another messenger, if you are not registered in it) with the invoice number and fiscal receipt
• For convenient and quick tracking of your parcels, install the Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta application on your mobile

• ONLINE PAYMENT: full prepayment of the order on our website with a Visa or MasterCard bank card using the plata by mono acquiring service. The commission for acquiring services is paid by the seller of goods. The customer pays the commission of the buyer's bank independently.
• IMPOSED PAYMENT: payment upon receipt of the order at Nova Poshta. In addition, the buyer pays TC Nova Poshta 25 hryvnias + 2% of the amount of the declared value of the goods in the order. Cash on delivery by Ukrposhta is not available on our website.

We are not responsible for the parcel if the damages has not been checked at the post office upon receipt. Please check your parcels on place. Parcels are sent in a cardboard box with our logo, without additional external packaging with plastic wrap and bags

• We do not include a paper receipt in the package
• We send an electronic receipt to the email address specified when placing the order, or to a messenger (for example, Viber)

NOVA POSHTA:

• To the Nova Poshta office. Minimum cost from 80 UAH
• To the Nova Poshta post office. Minimum cost from 80 UAH
• Address delivery by Nova Poshta courier. Minimum cost from 115 UAH
• Delivery time: within 3 working days
• After sending the order, the customer receives an SMS message with the track number of the parcel for tracking

UKRPOSHTA:

• To the office of Ukrposhta. Minimum cost from 50 UAH
• Delivery time: 1 time per week. There is no fixed day of dispatch by Ukrposhte. We ship by Ukrposhte when we collect at least three orders before shipping by this carrier.
