1. Who can join the program?
The loyalty program is available to customers who:
are registered on the website aromafields.com.ua;
have placed at least one order.
The program does not apply to orders made via Instagram, Viber, email, or phone.
Not a member yet?
Register on the website and place your first order (with a 10% discount) — and starting from your next order, you’ll be eligible for gifts through the Aroma Friends program.
2. How does it work?
Once you register and place an order on the website, you’re automatically enrolled in the program.
If your order total reaches a designated monthly threshold, you receive a gift.
Example thresholds:
from 3,500 UAH — peppermint hydrolate
from 5,000 UAH — lavender essential oil
from 7,500 UAH — baobab oil
Only one gift is given per order — based on the highest threshold reached. Gifts do not accumulate.
3. How long does the Aroma Friends program last?
Aroma Friends is a permanent program, but its conditions are updated every month:
threshold amounts,
types of gifts,
start and end dates of the current offer.
We reserve the right to update or improve the program to keep it relevant and valuable for you.
4. Can gifts be combined with discounts?
No — gifts under the program cannot be combined with promo codes or promotional discounts.
You can choose the option that benefits you most:
place an order that qualifies for a gift under the loyalty program;
use a promo code for a discount;
or split your purchase into two separate orders: one to receive a gift, and the other with a discount.
Example:
You have a promo code for tamanu base oil and want to place an order worth 3,500 UAH. You can:
place a single order and choose between the gift or the discount — whichever is more advantageous;
or place two separate orders: one for 3,500 UAH to receive the peppermint hydrolate gift, and another using the promo code for tamanu oil.
