Ingredients: base oil of grape seeds, essential oils of lavender, marjoram, pine

Therapeutic properties: normalization of the level of production of the hormone cortisol in the adrenal glands, reduction of the deficit of the HPA axis (hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal glands), neurotonic effect, neurorelaxant effect, moderately sedative effect

Mechanism of action: due to their extremely small molecular structure, molecules of essential oils, in contact with the skin, easily pass through the structural layers of the skin and enter the bloodstream within 30 minutes. The circulatory system carries molecules throughout the body, having a beneficial effect on the central nervous system and the HPA (hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal) axis, which is responsible for the human stress response

Method of use: on the skin, smear the body with the required amount of blend or its separate areas, rub thoroughly with massaging movements. It is advisable to wet/moisturize the skin with a hydrolat (for example lavender or German chamomile hydrolat) before using the massage blend, this will add an additional soothing effect and enable better absorption of the essential molecules by the skin.
