Longevity
Gourmet lasts on the skin for an average of 4 hours (with a warm trace perceptible for up to 6 hours on pulse points and warmer areas), though longevity always depends on individual body heat and skin chemistry. Throughout wear, the fragrance unfolds gradually: from the invigorating aroma of spiced morning coffee to a deep, intimate vanilla-woody trail, noticeable only within the closeness of an embrace.
Art perfume "Gourmet. Coffee & Vanilla" is created exclusively on the basis of whole plant extracts, macerates and therapeutic essential oils, therefore it has a deep harmonizing effect on the emotional and physical levels.
The spicy start of the whole CO2 extract of Arabica and sparkling cardamom gently activates thinking, clarifies the mind and restores concentration without overexciting the nervous system. Vanilla macerate and tonka bean absolute act as a natural antidote to daily stress: they reduce the level of anxiety, envelop emotional warmth and return the basic feeling of security and childlike coziness. A deep base of resins of myrrh, benzoin, noble sandalwood, patchouli and vetiver deeply grounds, slows down the inner rush, relieves background tension in the body and gives a feeling of inner support.

The Story Behind the Scent
The fragrance “Gourmet. Coffee & Vanilla” was crafted by Dariia Korniichuk, founder of Aroma Fields and botanical perfumer. Dariia closely follows innovations in botanical extraction and became captivated by the supercritical CO2 extraction of coffee. It is widely known that coffee yields no essential oil; it cannot be steam-distilled or cold-pressed. Yet its aroma is extraordinary and recognized as one of the most beloved scents on earth. Over recent decades, CO2 extraction technology has gained momentum worldwide, making it possible to capture a true, vibrant extract of live Arabica coffee. One day, Daria had the opportunity to experience whole coffee CO2 extract, and the moment she did, the concept of this perfume was instantly born.
“The moment I opened the vial of living coffee CO2 extract, I immediately thought: this will be my next perfume. Pairings with cardamom and vanilla came to mind right away. I could clearly sense this future fragrance. And now, I have brought it to life. It is an aroma of comfort, warmth, and fond memories. You are sure to fall in love with it,” says Dariia.
The Name
The name Gourmet draws from the art of haute gastronomy and sensory appreciation, yet within the philosophy of Aroma Fields, it carries a much deeper meaning.
Here, being a gourmet is not about overindulgence. It is about the ability to appreciate subtle nuances, savor quiet pauses throughout the day, and choose authenticity over synthetic substitutes.
We have grown accustomed to perfumes that overpower a room, shout, and impose themselves on others. Gourmet is an antidote to conventional perfume noise.
