CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", perfumery and cosmetic products are not subject to exchange (return).
Aroma Fields is not responsible for goods that have not been checked upon receipt at Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta offices. Check the integrity of Aroma Fields goods at the postal operators' offices upon receipt.
