Lecture 1. Anatomy of an essential oil:
What are real essential oils and what is their unique biological value?
Lecture 2. Quality Detector:
How to distinguish real essential oil from counterfeit. We understand like professionals.
Lecture 3. Chemistry without fear:
Just about the chemistry of essential oils. We break down essential oils into molecules to understand exactly how they interact with the body.
Lecture 4. Safety Code:
Fundamental rules and precautions that save you from mistakes. Dosage, contraindications and features of use.
Module 2: Methods of using essential oils
You will master all the techniques of using essential oils: from the simplest to specific therapeutic methods.
Lecture 1. External application - topical:
Transdermal mechanism of action, dilution rules and safe dosages for the skin.
Lecture 2. External application - inhalation:
Olfactory mechanism of action, types of diffusion and inhalation.
Lecture 3. Semi-internal application:
Rinse, resorption and sublingual administration.
