Method of use:

• During menstruation: rub 2-3 times a day with the palm of your hand on the lower abdomen and back during the first days of menstruation.
• During PMS: rub 2 times a day with the palm of your hand on the lower abdomen and back for 3-4 days before the start of menstruation ⠀
• During menopause/hormonal imbalance: rub 2-3 times a day with the palm of your hand on the lower abdomen and back for 1-2 months
