Method of application:

Take one or more of your favorite essential oils. Add a few drops to a roller bottle and mix with a carrier oil such as jojoba. Example: 5 drops of black fir essential oil and 4 ml of jojoba base oil. Close tightly with a ball roller and lid on top. Shake well to mix the essential oils with the base. The mixture is ready for skin application.

Concentrations may vary depending on need.

In case of individual sensitivity, stop using this mixture.
