Natural blend of essential oils Respiratory

100% organic blend of essential oils Respiratory for reducing cold symptoms, for respiratory health

Ingredients: ginger essential oil, peppermint essential oil, lemon essential oil, laurel essential oil, eucalyptus essential oil, rosemary essential oil

Method of use:

Diffusion (spraying): add 7-10 drops to a therapeutic aroma diffuser and spray throughout the day in a room or workplace

Cutaneous application: Dilute 10-20 drops of the blend in 30 ml of base oil and rub into the area where symptoms of a cold appear (wings of the nose, between the eyebrows, neck, temples, chest, feet).

Inhalation: put 1-2 drops on a nasal personal inhaler and inhale throughout the day as needed

Inhalation: add a couple of drops to a nebulizer or to freshly boiled water in a glass (bend over and inhale the essential oils that evaporate over 5-7 minutes)

Nasya according to Ayurveda: dilute the blend in a concentration of 1-2% in organic vegetable oil and instill 1 drop into each nasal passage (1 time a day for prevention, 3 times a day for treatment)

Reservation:

before using the blend, apply 1 drop to the area behind the knee or on the wrist to test individual sensitivity. If irritation or redness or other adverse reaction occurs, try diluting the blend in a base oil and repeat the patch test.

Contraindication:
